There is train service to High Bridge via NJ Transit, check times because trains are less frequent than more populated areas.  You can easily ride your bike from the train station to the trail, less than one mile.

This is a relatively easy trail along an old rail bed.  We'll plan to ride ~12 miles out  to Long Valley and then back for a total of ~24 miles.  Since it's out and back, it will be riders choice if you want to cover less or more miles.  There is a slight grade up out of High Bridge and then slight grade down once we turn around and head back to the parking lot.
