It features thousands of marchers in colorful traditional costumes that travel to this parade from the US, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. A truly unique experience. About Oktoberfest: A traditional autumn festival that originated in Bavaria; it was held in October to celebrate the Bavarian Crown Prince’s marriage. However, due to weather concerns always gets celebrated in September.
