FLIGHT DETAILS

• LX 17 JFK to Zurich - Friday 1/31/20 6:25 pm; LX 2804 Zurich to Geneva arrival 10:10 am
• LX 22 Geneva to JFK - Saturday 2/8/20 11:40 am – 2:40 pm
• FREE ski bags and boot bags with Swiss Air and one FREE checked bag
• Current passport must be valid thru Aug. 8, 2020 and contain two blank pages

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

• Deposit Due now with registration to secure your place on the trip: $850
• Second payment: $900 payment due Sep 15, 2019; Remainder Payment: due Oct 15, 2019
• Late fees and penalties: $100 if final payment not received by November 1st, 2019. Reservations are subject to cancellation and replacement from wait list if final payment not received by November 15th, 2019
• Cancellation policy: Prior to 10/1/19 - $200; between 10/1/19 and 11/1/19 - $900; between 11/2/19 and 12/1/19 - 75% of trip price; after 12/1/19 - 100% of trip price

TRIP INSURANCE IS INEXPENSIVE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The price of insurance is 6% of the trip cost.See  Frequently Asked Questions for more info and to purchase.

PAYMENT METHOD

• The preferred payment method for this trip is Zelle. Please download from the App Store and make all payments to Treasurer@SwissSkiClub.org. Add your name and “Trip 2020” when the question “What is this for?” pops up
• If you cannot use the Zelle app, please use checks as your payment method. Address is Swiss Ski Club PO Box 4096 New York, NY 10163
• If you prefer using PayPal or credit card, we kindly ask you to add $85.00 to your payment (the fee that club will be charged)
