Take in the harbor and lower Manhattan skyline and enjoy a front row seat to sailing races on the "Willy Wall" - The Manhattan Yacht Club's Floating Clubhouse.

You will see the harbor and get unobstructed views of the sunset. After the sun goes down, the lights of the city come on, making the experience even more magical. All of this is available to you. Just buy a ticket and ride out on “Admiral’s Launch” to your new favorite waterfront venue. Visiting the Honorable William Wall is one of least expensive ways to enjoy the harbor.

So come spend time with your best friends, buy your tickets and come visit the “Willy Wall.”

Ferry/Launch Tickets are $25 weekdays. Special Manhattan Tickets on weekdays are $35.

Time: The Willy Wall is open 5:45 p.m - 9:30 p.m. Weekdays. You may come and go as you please. See the launch and ferry schedules on the Willy Wall website.

You may arrive from Manhattan or Jersey City. (Exact Departure Points/times on Willy Wall website)

What to bring: It can be cooler on the water so bring a sweater or light jacket and wear appropriate footwear. Drinks must be purchased on board, but feel free to bring your own snacks or dinner as no food is sold on board. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Weather: The Willy Wall usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. The Willy Wall may cancel due to severe or unsafe weather conditions. Visit the Willy Wall website for more details.

Tips:

Give yourself enough time to find the ferry departure point. Arrive 5 minutes early.

Familiarize yourself with the Willy Wall FAQ and all the details on the Willy Wall Website. They explain EVERYTHING better than we ever could!

The Willy Wall isn’t that big, look for RED.

Join us for two nights of camping on the Delaware River in upstate New York.

We reserved very scenic lots overlooking the Delaware River.

We will cook community meals through the weekend.

Saturday we will go kayaking (or canoeing if you prefer) for 5 miles on the Delaware River.

In the evening we will have BBQ at our camp site.

Sunday we get back on the river again for more fun.

Make sure you bring your own camping gear.

If you don't have your own gear, bring a friend who does or reply to this email. We'll see if we can beg, borrow, or steal what you need.

Emails to organize car pools will be sent on Wednesday or Thursday before.

Refund Policy:

* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 21 or more days prior to departure date ($10 processing fee for camping only reservations)

* 50% refund if cancelled 20 to 7 days prior to departure date

* No refund for cancellation less than 7 prior to departure date or no show

Hiking in Norvin Green State Forest (12-Sep-2026)

Hiking Chikahoki Falls, Otter Hole, and a 360 view from Wyanokie High Point, including NYC on a clear Day with the Swiss Ski Club!

Norvin Green Hike

We are going to meet on at the following location:

139 Snake Den Rd, Ringwood, NJ 07456. Rt 287 to exit 55, take 511 N (Wanaque), continue through Wanaque for several miles. Make a left onto West Brook Rd. Continue across Reservoir.

This is a 7.6 mile hike. Rugged, rocky, with a few decent elevation changes. There is an extensive trail system so it’s easy to create other shorter or longer loops.

Wyanokie High Point has one of the best views in the state, but Norvin Green State Forest also contains some of the most rugged terrain. Beginners or casual hikers may want to stick with a short hike to the view and back.

Chikahoki Falls, cascades along Posts Brook, and Otter Hole falls are most impressive after heavy rain but there may be wet sections on trails.

Following the hike, we plan to have a late lunch at a local restaurant.

This is an opportunity for us to stay active and have fun and enjoy the fresh air and you are welcome to join us. We are looking forward to seeing you.
